While trying to organize the old stuff kept in my boxes, I found a workout dvd that looks interesting. I tried to play it and it still works. Someone gave that to me a long time ago and I forgot about it. It's a right timing that I found that dvd because I have been planning to start working out. I want to have a more toned physique.

I know what I needed to do but I need more reinforcement to start working out. Aside from that, I would also need to watch my diet. My dietitian friend advised me to eat low carb cereal every morning. Fruits and vegetables is also a part of a healthy diet. Eat healthy food and most importantly, eat in moderation.

My sister has started her regularly jogging every afternoon with her friends. They have been inviting me to join them but I can't just find the time. I can't wait to show her the workout dvd, I'm sure she'll suggest that we should work out together.

Actually, it's a good thing when she's around because she has so much energy and would always encourage me to work out with her. She'd like to try Zumba and Bikram yoga. I watched videos online and they seem to be interesting.

Hello 2011! "The Positive Side" blog will turn 3 years old next month. I am guilty of neglecting this blog for a while but discovering that my blog got its PR3 back (after a few years) motivated me to allot time again for this blog. Google recently did another pagerank update.

Since it's the start of the year, I think my blog deserves a change in its look. So, I chose a different design with the help of Blogger's user-friendly Template designer.

Among the various music genres, my favorite is Rhythm and Blues. I love listening to R&B when I am traveling, blogging, cleaning the house, or doing just anything.

When I was younger, I love listening to Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, TLC and Boyz II Men. Those were the times when people used to buy cassette tapes. After that I started buying cd's of Alicia Keys, Usher, Jennifer Lopez, Destiny's Child, and Ashanti. I also became a fan of Jennifer Hudson, Jordin Sparks, Rihanna, Ne-yo, and many others.

There's a lot of talented R&B singers nowadays. If you check my music files in my computer and the compilation of songs in my mp3, almost all of them are R&B songs. Instead of buying cd's I download free songs from music torrents online.

Recently, I got songs of The Pussycat Dolls and Rihanna from the internet. These past few days, I am having a Rihanna fever because I cannot seem to get enough of her songs even from her previous albums.

It's going to be Valentines Day soon. I will be giving my sister a cd of her favorite R&B songs. I may not spend money on that gift but I am pretty sure she will appreciate the effort.

I mentioned in one of my previous posts that at the middle of this year, I am planning to put up a fashion boutique. I will be taking a 6 months professional fashion design course. After that I am going to start a business in my hometown.

What I Want This 2010

Last year was a pretty stressful year for me. A lot of things may have happened but I stayed strong and resilient. I may have surpassed them all but I also need a break. I promised that I would be good to myself this year. I will eat well, get enough sleep and pamper myself. I won't let myself look very exhausted again.

Right now, I am just browsing online and thinking of the reward I can give myself for a good job done last year. One of my New Year's resolution is to be more knowledgeable about loans and finance. I want to have more success in the financial aspect of my life this year. It was raining nonstop yesterday. When I turned on the news, there was flood all over Manila and other provinces. Aside from Metro Manila, 25 other provinces were placed under the state of calamity. I live in Cubao, Quezon City and I felt so lucky that our area was not flooded and we still have power supply.

Other areas were experiencing brownouts aside from the flood. It was just horrible. I remember watching on tv, that Filipina actress Cristine Reyes, who resides in Providence Village, Markina, was seeking for help because the water had reached the second floor of their home. Whether, you are rich or poor, anyone can be affected with calamities such as these.

I woke up today and it seems that the weather is no longer that bad. But of course, it's still very heartbreaking to learn that around 50 people died due to the flood and heavy rain yesterday brought by Tropical Storm "Ondoy". Let's pray for our fellowmen who had been affected with the calamity.

My 4-year old son is attending nursery class at a nearby school. My Baby is Going to School

Time flies. My little kid is going to school. He is on the nursery level. It was just like yesterday when he was a small baby. I am glad he is very excited about going to school. Can you imagine your life without tv? Well, for some, I understand that they have more varied interests and they do not mind if they cannot watch tv for months. I have tried that and I thought my life was so boring. My tv wasn't working for a long time and I had every excuse to not get it fixed.

A few weeks ago, my favorite aunt gave me a tv that she bought in Japan. However, it has to be re-channeled. I don't really know how it works but then I am so fortunate to find someone who knows how to do it.

Next thing that I need to do is to look for a service provider in my area so that I can watch my favorite channels like HBO, ETC and ABS-CBN. Some of my fave shows include Project Runway, Gossip Girls, and whatever is showing on "Kapamilya" primetime.

I really feel sorry for the girls because they were not aware that they were being recorded. I do not condemn the sexual act. Whatever couples do behind closed doors is their business, but if there's a recording involved without the consent of the other party, then that's another thing. My brother had been begging me for the past days to do a personal website for him. He has an access to the internet and for sure knows what to do but he thinks that I had more available time to do his project. I had to display his emo pictures on the so-called website.

I haven't updated this blog for almost a month. My last post here was March 17th. There are some things I need to take care of, hence, I am not able to blog as much as I used to. I no longer earn from blogging as much as I used to. Google had updated Page Rank scores, but I do not see any improvement with this blog. Also, its Alexa ranking has greatly decreased. This blog used to belong to the top 100k blogs (Alexa Ranking). As much as I want to blog more, there are things that needs to be done in my own offline world. But I won't give up on blogging. Whether, I would still earn from it or not, this would remain as a hobby. How I wish, I can just work from home. sigh!

The courtship of Marion and Janna was aired tonight. Marion was shown giving Janna flowers and chocolates. The Friday the 13th episode was also a recap of events and stunts that took place. Manuel does not seem to be bitter about the courtship. I don't see any hint of jealousy in him, but others might disagree with my observation.

It's true that a picture paints a thousand words. I think an article would attract more readers if images are included on it. When I add images to my blog posts, I have to resize them to make the size more uniform with other images.
