My aunt wanted to promote her clothing business online and she was seeking my help to create a web site for her. However, I cannot commit to designing a site in a timely manner because I am busy with other things at the moment. But I assured her that she can rely on a professional web design company online that can help her achieve the look she wants for her site. Flash applications can enhance the design of her site.  A professional looking site should not look spammy.
