Planet Fat Loss

After I gave birth, I feel like no matter what I do, the stubborn fats around my tummy won't go away. I may be skinny but I think that my body needs to be more toned. Hitting the gym would be my next move. I am such a couch potato but then again I know that there's a need for me to work out. I have decided to enroll in the gym next month.

Maybe, I would start doing yoga again to regain a good posture. I used to practice yoga exercises before and I miss that feeling of being able to stretch all the muscles in my body while feeling very calm within.

If you want information about losing weight, proper exercise and keeping fit, I suggest that you visit Planet Fat Loss. I am sure you will learn a lot of valuable tips from the site about weight loss.

Posh Smiles

If you notice, Posh (Victoria Beckham) rarely smiles in pictures. While I was looking for a picture of someone with an A-line bob haircut, the results was one of her pics. I am lucky to find one with a grin on her face. I have been planning to get that kind of hair cut since last month. Just for a change.... I'm getting tired of my long hair. lol

I took a Dneero survey about Haircuts and here are my answers:

IZEARanks : Real Ranks for Real Bloggers

I know some blogger friends who experienced the wrath of the big G. As a consequence of engaging into paid blogging (and maybe other factors), their Page Ranks were stripped away from them. After being penalized by Google, opportunities were lesser, thus it became a lose/lose situation. It's also a common knowledge in the blogosphere that Pay Per Posties had been a target of the G Spank.

Hence, the makers of PPP came up with a fair solution for those whose blog's Page Ranks dropped from a significant number to nothing due to being active in paid for blogging services.

I had added the script of izea rank scripts to my blogs to know their standing on the blogosphere. My older blog has a real rank of 947 and this one has a real rank of 1,939 (as of today). I hope to have a higher real ranks as I find this blog ranking system to be accurate. IZEARanks measures the importance of the blogs using actual statistics, and they do let bloggers know how they come up with the real rank given to you.

Your blog's real rank is being measured in a very simple and easy to understand manner. Other ranking systems does not even disclose how they determine your ranks. Do they really need to make it appear like it's a cloud of mystery?

For Izea Real Ranks, the formula is relatively simple.

70% weighted towards visitors per day
20% weighted towards amount of ACTIVE inbound links per day
10% weighted towards pageviews per day

I'm striving for higher real rank, and I am crossing my fingers that more opportunity will come my way. :)

Sunday Morning

I checked my cellphone right away when I woke up and my friend was cursing me. Not in a negative manner but he's wondering where am I again. I have this (not-so-nice) habit of not keeping in touch sometimes, no text, no call and they would be clueless about what I am doing again. But obviously, they know that I am just home either sleeping for hours or I may be infront of my computer. Funny thing is, even if I am in front of my computer, I do not log in to the instant messengers so there's still no way of keeping in touch with me. I also noticed that I rarely check my personal emails. I have a separate email address for my blogging activities which I check 24/7.

I stayed home all Saturday. So I would step out later and hang out with my buddies. I don't really like going out that much. Thankfully, the mall is just a 5-minute ride away.

Here's a (not-so-new) song entitled "Sunday Morning". For No Doubt Fans, I guess this would be familiar to you.

Wholesale Products at www.DollarDays.com

I want to have a small business of my own someday rather than having to work in a corporate set-up. This would give me more time to take care of my kid. I think a specialty store or retail store would be ideal. The next step is to look for a wholesale supplier which could offer very cheap prices for products purchased in bulk.

DollarDays is a premier online wholesale retailer that aids small businesses to be at par with larger enterprises. They have more than 25,000 high-quality goods which small business could avail at prices close to those at which large chains purchase. This would mean larger profit and a chance to grow the business bigger. They have a very wide selection of wholesale products which ranges from arts and crafts to toys and games.

You Can Heal Your Life - by Louise Hay

I borrowed this book a few years ago from my best friend. I liked it some much that I asked her if she could just give it to me. This book focuses on loving and forgiving one's self. Surprisingly, we could be the number one critics of ourselves. Sometimes we think we cannot achieve something or be able to do something due to reasons that has something to do with how we perceive ourselves such as, I am too fat, too skinny, too weak, too strong, too poor, too tall, too short... anything too much that we tend to limit our potentials. It's about changing how we see things. When we let go of all our resentments and we choose to believe in ourselves, we could notice the difference on how our life works.

There's a phrase I got from this book that I always tell myself. " I am worthy of the very best in life and I now lovingly allow myself to accept it.".

Think Positive!

Experience Budapest at its best with www.ApartmentsinBudapest.com

One of the blogs that I constantly visit is Syari's Celebrating Life. I believe that she currently lives in Budapest, Hungary. If I would have a chance to visit Hungary someday, aside from the tourist spots, I would of course like to meet Syari.

I would like to see for myself why Budapest earned the reputation of being called " The Paris of Central Europe". If you are planning to visit the place with your friends or family, I would suggest that you look into Budapest apartments rather than rent a hotel. To book online for apartment reservations, check out www.ApartmentsinBudapest.com. They have the lowest price guarantee. Aside from having a spacious place for you and your companions, you would also be able to save money for your accommodation. Their vacation apartments are fully equipped and they have maid service to make sure that your place would be clean and comfy.

World’s Top Earning Female Athletes

I am a self-confessed couch potato. I am not active in sports but I really do admire women who excel in this field. Recently Danica Patrick won the Indy 300 race in Motegi, Japan. She's the first woman to win this competition.

Here's the list of the top earning female in the arena mostly dominated by men.

1. Maria Sharapova (tennis)

2. Michelle Wie (golf)

3. Serena Williams (tennis)

4. Annika Sorenstam (golf)

5. Danica Patrick (car racing)

Megan Fox - World's Sexiest Woman According to FHM

Transformers actress Megan Fox topped the list of FHM's world's sexiest woman. Actually when I saw the headlines, I do not even remember who she was. Then I Googled her name and I now recalled where I first saw her. She played the role of Carla Santini on Confessions of a Drama Queen which top billed Lindsay Lohan. Now I wonder if Lindsay made it on the FHM list.

I would not even write about this if only we did not share the same birthday. LOL

The top 5 includes (2) Jessica Biel (3) Jessica Alba (4) Elisha Cuthbert (5) Scarlett Johansson

Weight Loss With MyDietSolutions.com

I noticed that the most common topic that my girls at my work would talk about is their weight. They sometimes ask me how I managed to stay slim even after giving birth. I think I am those lucky few who have very fast metabolism that's why even if I eat a lot, I do not gain weight that much.

However, there are those that no matter what diet program they would take, they do not seem to see any difference. I think these are the people who need to seek the doctor's help for them to attain their ideal body weight. Aside from Diet Supplement Pills, there are now Injectable Medications that aids in weight loss. An example of this is B12 injections. Vitamin B12 aids in the formation of red blood cells. It is also important for nervous system functioning. B12 helps boost your energy level, thus, you burn more calories. This would also mean, you would have more energy for your workout sessions.

Five Foods You Should Eat Everyday

Since I started living on my own, I have always been guilty of eating fast food meals most of the time because I don't have the time to cook. (Actually, I am just using that as an excuse of being too lazy to cook my own food.) I know it's a bad habit I should really change. Seriously, I miss my mom's cooking even though I often failed to appreciate it when I was still living with them.

I recently came across an interesting video on Yahoo. Dr. Manny Alvarez, the health managing editor for FOXNews.com, gave a talk about the Five Foods We Should Eat Daily.

We should incorporate the following foods in our daily diet:

1. Whole grains - Whole grains of any variety contains a lot of fiber which helps lower cholesterol, good for the digestive system, 20 grams of fiber a day is ideal.

2. Green Vegetables- Leafy green vegetables such a broccoli, asparagus are great source of vitamins

3. Nuts and Seeds- Almonds, cashews, walnuts have omega 3's and antioxidants. Nuts can help curb your appetite.

4. Milk - Low Fat milk is a good source of Vitamin D

5. Tea - Want to cut down on your coffee intake? Try green tea instead.

Social Influence

A recent Dneero survey that I answered....

TGIF!

Finally, weekend is here. It's a long week and I am glad that I can now catch up on a few things that I need to do and should have done a week ago. Weekends give me a chance to de-stress myself and also get all the sleep I needed and wanted. It also means time to clean my room and keep it spic and span. I should be getting rid of the eyesores here. My laundry time is also scheduled on weekends. I guess I would be doing that tomorrow. And of course, I would be updating my blog posts and keep myself abreast of what's new in the blogosphere.

What else do I intend to do this weekend? I had been thinking of going to the movies with my friends. The movie theater that we often go to is in Gateway Mall. I checked the movie showtimes and I am interested to see "The Other Boleyn Girl" which stars Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson and Eric Bana. Another movie that we may watch is "The Forbidden Kingdom" starring Jackie Chan and Jet Li.

Since I am online 24/7 on weekends, it's chat time with my family. Anyway, I hope you all have a great weekend!

Relationships ... Gotta have them!?

I recently answered a Dneero survey about relationships. One important lesson I have learned in a relationship is that, Love does not have to hurt.

Ocean's Eleven

Got tagged by Virgie.

Here goes: Name 11 people you can think of right off the top of your head. Don’t read the questions underneath until you write the names of all the 11 people. This is a lot funnier if you actually randomly list the names first. No cheating.

5. Ron
6. Mama
7. KC Concepcion

Wish I Could Laugh Like this Again

I came across this "Laughing Baby" on Yahoo Featured Articles few days ago and I really enjoyed watching the video over and over again.

With all the problems that we encounter as we grow older, we tend to take things seriously. Remember that point in your life where simple things can easily make you smile and laugh? This baby was laughing so hard with the site (or sound) of the "tearing of the paper". He keeps on falling over that the other person on the video had to make sure to keep him in place.

Wish I could laugh like this again....

TV Shows Are Back

I have not posted anything for quite a while now. Seems like, I am getting bad with time management. I hope I would be able to balance my responsibilities more.
