One of my New Year's resolution is to take care of myself more, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I should allot a time to have ample sleep, to be able to exercise and to eat on time. Another thing that I should take care of is my eyesight. I have a pair of eyeglasses but sometimes I forget to use them. I should be reminding myself to use them especially when I spend a very long time in front of the computer.
