From experience, Entrecard had been a means of getting more traffic to my other blog. Hence, I had also chosen to display an Entrecard widget here on my new blog.
I would be giving away 300 EC's each for 3 of my top ten card droppers. Therefore, it's still random but I would only choose among the top ten.
The fastest way to drop cards on other member's site is by using SiteHoppin's Entrecard Browser. So far, I find it to be the most convenient way to drop EC's.
