While trying to organize the old stuff kept in my boxes, I found a workout dvd that looks interesting. I tried to play it and it still works. Someone gave that to me a long time ago and I forgot about it. It's a right timing that I found that dvd because I have been planning to start working out. I want to have a more toned physique.
I know what I needed to do but I need more reinforcement to start working out. Aside from that, I would also need to watch my diet. My dietitian friend advised me to eat low carb cereal every morning. Fruits and vegetables is also a part of a healthy diet. Eat healthy food and most importantly, eat in moderation.
